As a first-time homebuyer I was not really sure how to go about starting the process of buying a home and ended up starting the process out of order. When I got a referral for Robert it was a game changer. He helped me through the whole process from start to finish (even after closing). He facilitated, quickly and at a reasonable cost, items from the inspection report. Settlement had a hiccup – which he got smoothed out and resolved quickly. During the process, he was always available – phone, text, email – We would use him again!
For instance, since no one lives in the listed house, he’d come in to make sure all is well and even cleaned a few things left there. He came in to check the house out to make sure things were working fine before the inspection. He handled all my kitchen appliances’ selection and installations while we weren’t around. (of course he kept me updated on all selection and price and had my approval to go ahead) When some work needed to be done in order to make the sale, at the last moment, he was able to find us the reliable contractor to repair and fix the problems within days and thus made the sale possible to complete. All the critical situations happened one after another. They all need immediate attentions and quick responses.
