We interviewed three agents in the area almost a year before deciding on selling our home. Robert was a clear choice. His deep knowledge of the area, the process, and the market is simply unparalled. Robert is an excellent real estate agent who puts his clients first. After meeting several agents at open houses and researching even more, we felt Robert would be the right agent for us. At our first meeting, he told us about his successful business and how he markets homes, walked us through the contract process, and suggested updates to our home for an efficient sale. Immediately afterwards, he contacted contractors on our behalf and verified vendors’ bids to ensure they were not excessive. He then assessed our home’s value in a seller’s market and, although the market had softened by the time we were ready to put the house on the market, we were still able to list it at his original assessed price and have it under contract in 2.5 weeks. The house showed beautifully thanks to advice on staging and the great pictures that Robert took to advertise the house in various media. Robert even went the extra step of re-photographing the front of the house on a clearer day, and updating the picture online to attract buyers. Once the house went under contract and the inspection was completed, he coordinated vendors to handle the minor items from the inspection report for a quick closing three weeks from the offer date.

Robert also guided us through the home buying process, always listening for feedback from all members of the family to lead us to the right home. He used our preferences and his deep knowledge of the market to identify houses of interest. On tours of houses for sale, Robert impressed us with his ability to identify potential issues in a house and determine whether they could be easily addressed. When we found an ideal home, Robert used his contract writing and negotiating skills to help us secure the home at less than the asking price. He quickly arranged for an inspection and all the other details – some while he was on vacation – to enable us to close and move in one month. He even recommended a moving company, again displaying both his thoroughness and his resources.
